Beautiful Black Hills Gold ring. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. At first, ordered a smaller version and when it arrived, I wished I had ordered one with larger leaves and wider band. Jason at Fortune and Glory was kind enough to offer me an exchange for a larger ring and a great price on it also. My wife loves the ring and I really appreciate the great service. I've never encountered a company so dedicated to customer service as yours. The ring I ordered recently was lost by the post office by misdelivering it and/or theft by the person it was delivered to or the postal carrier. Jason was so helpful. I was not able to recover the ring but he offered to replace it at cost. I will happily do this. 30 years ago I had a black hills gold ring and it was stolen by a babysitter and I gave wanted one ever since. I was so happy to see the ad from Fortune and Glory. I ordered this for a family member in Europe. The order was shipped extremely quickly. I hope that she will love it and that it fits her. I was told prior to ordering that if it doesn’t fit she can pay for shipping and it will be resized at no cost (other than shipping). If she doesn’t want it, I would gladly keep it.
