I have several Black Hills gold rings. My first one was in 1985 and that was a wedding band and engagement ring set. They have all worn away as I have to have them worked on. I ordered one ring that was too big for me. I had the ring from Saturday to Wednesday. Even knowing that it was a little too big, I couldn't resist wearing it because I just loved it. I got home from a big box store without it. I was just sick. I couldn't believe it. I dumped out my purse a half dozen times thinking it just slipped off in there. No such luck. It wasn't in the car either.
Made a trip back to the store without any luck. I checked with the store a couple of times hoping someone had found the ring. I called Jason right away because I had previously ordered another ring in the larger size. I just needed the other ring to be a little smaller. He was very helpful especially when he found out that I had already lost one of the rings. He made a call right away to be sure the other ring would be one that fit. Lucky for me he had another ring in a little smaller size like the first one I received and lost. He made it easy for me to replace the one that was lost. What a great person and company to be doing business with. I love my new ring! It is just beautiful.
