Let me tell you, I got this ring today and couldn't believe how great it looked.....better than any of the pictures I saw of it.
I was replacing a similar ring that I had for about 20 years. Jason worked hard to find the exact ring which I knew would be hard, if not impossible to find. This ring was very close to my original and I like it better, maybe because the detail and shine were new.
I have already recommended the site to which
I purchased it, to a friend.
Thanks go out to Jason.
Sincerely,

I purchased this ring a year ago and wanted to wear it for a while before reviewing. First off, I love that it's American Made! Most affordable jewelry for sale is made overseas in China or India, so hooray for this one being made in the USA.
This ring features four different color metals: Sterling Silver, 12K Gold leaves in Rose Gold & Green Gold, and the 10K Yellow Gold eagle. The Sterling is plated with Rhodium (a white metal to prevent tarnish and your finger from turning colors) and although I personally prefer plain uncoated silver, the plating does not distract from the piece. The plating is also thick enough that it does not flake off. It's cool that you get several different alloys in one piece.
The ring has an acceptable weight; mine weighs 10.15 grams. It is heavy enough that it does not feel "flimsy" or "fake", but don't expect it to be as heavy as a school ring. The ring is comfortable for all day wear. The design is quite unique and attractive. Due to the patriotic eagle motif, many initially people believe this is a military ring.
I do not feel that this ring can be easily broken, although it is important to note that due to how the eagle is mounted through the ring face, the eagle does turn ever-so-slightly when touched. The eagle is solidly mounted, just be careful nothing catches underneath it and causes it to be pried off. I mainly wear this ring around town and to church. I would rate it for average use and abuse, while taking it off for any work involving tools, abrasive objects (bricks, steel pipe, concrete, etc.), and dirt.
