Prior to ordering 2 rings as gifts, I called to find out if I could exchange them if they didn't fit. I got my answer quickly, which was "yes!" About a week prior to Christmas I sent an email asking if I would receive the rings before the holiday. I immediately received a reply telling me where the company was at in terms of my specific order and when it was expected to ship - assuring me that the rings would be to me in time for the holiday. The rings arrived as promised, and both ladies I gifted them to loved them! One is too big for one of the ladies, so I was going to return and exchange hers, but it fits me, so I'm going to gift it to myself and order a 3rd ring!
